Before the Guerrier de Fer, Maison Bombardier developed the 'Guerrier de Fer titan' for use in the Dernière Guerre. Unlike their latter-day brothers, these massive war golems are essentially mindless, and lack the souls found in Guerrier de Fer. Most Guerrier de Fer titans were created in Forges Créatrices in the now-destroyed nation of Cyre, and fought for that nation in La Dernière Guerre.
History
During his reign, Galifar's roi_jarot_ir_wynarn commissioned Maison Bombardier to develop mechanical or alchemical men to fight on the field of battle. After a number of failed attempls, Maison Bombardier (under the guidance of the first Merrix de Bombardier) released their newest creations, the Guerrier de Fer titans, in 959 AR, decades after Roi Jarot's death. After releasing twelve in the first year of production, Maison Bombardier managed to step up manufacturing quite quickly, releasing 23 in 960 AR and 47 in 961 AR. The majority of these titans were purchased by the nations of Cyre and Brelande for use in the Dernière Guerre. By 964, Maison Bombardier had produced four-hundred of the monstrous titans. However, by 965 AR, Maison Bombardier perfected and released the Guerrier de Fer, making the Guerrier de Fer titan essentially obsolete.
Because of Brelandeand Cyre's tendency to put the titans in the most heated engagements, of the 400 titans created, only 79 were still in service the year the Guerrier de Fer were created in 965 AR. Though huge in size, the Guerrier de Fer titans proved vulnerable to massed troops, especially the pike-and-axe troops of Thrane. Because of a lack of demand, Maison Bombardier decreased production of the Guerrier de Fer titans in favor of the Guerrier de Fer.
The creation of the Guerrier de Fer titans helped make Merrix de Bombardier's name in the eyes of the House. His son, Aaren de Bombardier, used the designs of the Guerrier de Fer titans, especially their articulated joint mechanisms and internal structures, to perfect the Guerrier de Fer.
Guerrier de Fer titans were usually used in siege-breaking assaults, and had accompanying Humain troops and repair Artificiers. In later years, Guerrier de Fer titans were supplemented by Guerrier de Fer troops as well. Guerrier de Fer titans fought for Brelandeduring the Battle of Passe de Marguul.

Appearance & Personality
Guerrier de Fer titans, much like the Guerrier de Fer, are created from wood, stone, and metal. They are huge in size, towering compared to other Humainoïde fighters. Their armor is crafted from adamantine, and is able to withstand some of the most powerful hits. They wield an embedded maul for their one hand, and an embedded axe for their other.
Guerrier de Fer titans have little to no intelligence, and are used as lumbering brutes on the battlefield.<ref name=“ecs”/> They often follow the commands of members of Maison Bombardier, whether they are familiar to that particular titan or not.
Abilities
In addition to their strength, embedded weapons, and armor, Guerrier de Fer titans have other abilities. They are designed to have resistances to acid, cold, electricity, fire, and sonic attacks. They are equipped with both low-light vision and darkvision, and have been designed to both charge and grapple.<ref name=“ecs”/>
WARFORGED TITAN Warforged titans are hulking constructs built to wreak paths of destruction through enemy armies. Some of the most feared combatants of the Last War, warforged titans are barely sentient, with just enough intelligence to follow commands. Legacy of Giants. In the Age of Giants, giant artificers built mindless war golems to aid them in their war against the quori. Millennia later, some of these golems were unearthed by adventurers searching for the secrets of that age, then turned over to artificers working for the dragonmarked houses during the Last War. House Bombardier studied these designs, and in the course of uncovering the secrets of the golems and the giant artificers who made them, House Bombardier created the first warforged titans.
Warforged Titans Throughout the Last War, Cyre poured gold into House Bombardier’s coffers, urging them to develop ever-deadlier weapons. In 959 YK, Bombardier presented Queen Dannel with the first warforged titans. For a time, this gave Cyre an edge—but as always, Bombardier began selling these creations to other nations, as well as selling blast disks and siege staffs to those who needed to fight titans. During the Last War, the warforged titan served a number of critical roles. The mere presence of an imposing titan provided a defensive bulwark for infantry, as enemy infantry could rarely afford to engage a titan without artillery or magical support. Titans are tireless, surprisingly swift, and capable of crossing almost any terrain. Thanks to the Siege Monster ability, they are also devastatingly effective against fortifications and siege engines. The statistics of a basic warforged titan, as described in Eberron: Rising from the Last War, grant it additional versatility from its Platforms trait. A titan has two platforms in its chassis, each designed to hold one medium or smaller creature. Typically, these platforms hold archers, providing the warforged with some minimal ranged support to complement its powerful melee attacks. However, specialized crew can dramatically increase the capabilities of a titan: an evoker can provide strong ranged attacks, while an abjurer can stand ready to counter or dispel enemy magic, and an onboard artificer can keep the titan operational. Sending your titan against Karrnathi undead? An exorcist can be a boon for dealing with undead. Alternatively, a titan could simply serve as a battering ram, carrying two spies or commandos ready to leap off and blend into an enemy community as soon as the titan breaches a defensive wall. While the warforged titan stat block represents the basic design, over the course of nearly forty years in service, there were many variations on that design. Consider using one of these options as a way to add flavor to a titan. A rmbow One of the titan’s weapons can be replaced with an integrated ballista. This weapon is self-loading and conjures ammunition. If the titan has an armbow, replace either the axehand or hammerfist with the following attack: Armbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 120/480 ft., one target. Hit: 16 (3d10) piercing damage. Long Rod Late in the war, Bombardier developed titans that had only one platform, with a long rod (as described in the “Arcane Artillery” section) integrated in place of the other platform.
Shielding Titans serving in particular regions were often shielded against a relevant type of elemental damage. For example, force and fire were the damage types most typically tied to blast disks or siege staffs, so Bombardier often designed titans with resistance to one of these damage types. Troop Transport The titan has a hollow space within its chassis and can carry up to 6 Medium creatures or extra cargo. Due to the loss of body mass, a model made for transport only has an Armor Class of 18 and 100 hit points, but increases its walking speed to 45 feet. Titan Consc iousness While called “warforged,” the titans are quite different from the truly living constructs that came after them. Titans have limited sentience. They imprint on their commanders, and to a lesser degree, on the uniforms of their allies. They can follow orders and general instructions such as “protect allies” or “engage enemies.” But as a rule, titans don’t feel emotion, reflected by the fact that they’re immune to being charmed or frightened. Today, most remaining titans are simply waiting in storage, content to remain motionless until it’s time to serve again. Yet there are stories of titans who’ve developed full consciousness. If the tales are true, this could be the result of rogue artificers (possibly cultists of the Traveler hidden within House Bombardier), or it could be a random spark of evolution—suggesting that the potential for sentience lies within all titans. A sentient titan loses its immunity to psychic damage. It’s no longer immune to being frightened or charmed, but it has advantage on saving throws against effects that cause these conditions. Its Intelligence increases to 10 (or higher) and it is capable of making its own decisions.
