Siberys

Siberys is one of the Premiers Dragons. In the creation myth of Eberron, he was killed by his sister, Khyber. The remains of Siberys supposedly became the Anneau de Siberys, which hint at a higher reality: the Plan Astral, which is also called Siberys.
