Le Culte de la Vie

This cult contains the most dangelrous Seekers in the world as members. The main goal of the sect is to gain immortality by using other living souls. The capital at Beaurefuge is the headquarters of Le Culte de la Vie and it is the largest order in the Le Sang Divin.

Torven “the Ageless” d’Médani is a Demi-Elfe vampire lord, the leader of Le Culte de la Vie in Beaurefuge, and one of the cult’s principles in Khorvaire. Although Maison Médani’s authorities believe he is dead, he maintains power and influence over a few choice house scions in the Beaurefuge enclave and elsewhere. He also has a network of sinister connections among influential persons in Beaurefuge, Arcanix, and wider Aundair, Karrnath, and Thrane. He has established his lair in ancient catacombs under the Sovereign Ward.

The Cult of Life: Despite its benevolent name, this subsect of the Blood of Vol is filled with some of the most dangerous Seekers in the world. Its members are known as “thieves of life,” and for good reason: The entire purpose of the cult is the pursuit of immortality, paid for with other living souls. Those at the highest levels of the cult are fully aware of their organization’s connection to Vol and often take orders directly from the Crimson Covenant. Neophyte members are kept ignorant of these truths until they have earned their place.
