Along the north eastern coastline of the Péninsule Diluvienne a few leagues north of Cap-Tempête lies the small village known as Repos du Contrebandier. Built among the ruins of an ancient civilization at the end of an overland road to Cap-Tempête Trader's have found it convenient to make stops in Repos du Contrebandier to transfer cargo both to and from Cap-Tempête to avoid the taxes and fees collected in the Cap-Tempête's Harbor.

Vada Largo is the proprietor of Rook's Gambit a small tavern amongst the ruins. The main business of the tavern is exchange of information concerning the road to Cap-Tempête and general happenings within the city itself.
