Port d'En-dessous

The ancient ruins upon which the city of Cap-Tempête are built extend well beneath the water line of the harbor. These dank, dark, damp and often water filled ruins are home to numerous Sahuagin, Pirates, thieves, murders, and other creatures of the depths.

The Cap-Tempête Guard and the Maison Marquée du Dragon like to keep a close watch on the entrances to the Port d'En-dessous.
