Baron Yoren de Normandin (CG male hobbit expert 3/bard 4) is the patriarch of Maison Normandin and runs the houses operations from Point de Rassemblement in the plaines_de_talenta. Each region under the house's influence is governed by a group of viceroys with Yoren at the center of all activity. As with many of his viceroys, Yoren not only runs the affairs of his house but also has a business of his own as a master chef and is as likely to be found in the kitchens of his great hall as in the council Chambres.
