Chance

Chance is the owner of an eponymous casino in the Yeux de dragons ward of Sharn. It runs a number of rackets in Sharn; everything from betting on races to gambling. Chance also runs a more interesting game: any wager one can think of, Chance will lay odds and open betting. Can you survive for two days with Maison Tarkanan trying to assassinate you? Can you seduce the ambassador from Aérénal in the next 24 hours? Chance will set up the action.

Chance appears in a different form, usually male, each night. The only way to recognize Chance is a specific amulet it wears. Chance worships channel_divinity_the_traveler, but is not affiliated with the Les Tyrans of Sharn.

Allegiance: Owner of Casino de Chance in Sharn

Information: A powerful priest of Le Voyageur, who owns and runs a casino in Palier de Tavick Inférieur. Almost nothing is known about Chance; the doppelganger wears a different guise every night, and the only way to recognize Chance is by the distinctive amulet it wears.

Chance is not an agent of the Les Tyrans mafia. It respects the “guild” and may provide magical assistance to its members, but it serves Le Voyageur in its own way and considers itself as standing above the guilds and politics of the city.

Le casino appartient à un sosie nommé Chance (CN doppelganger adepte 12 / rogue 2), qui est aussi un puissant prêtre du Voyageur. On ne sait presque rien de Chance; le sosie porte une apparence différente tous les soirs, et la seule façon de reconnaître Chance est par l'amulette distinctive qu'il porte.

Le hasard n'est pas un agent de la guilde des Tyran. Il respecte la guilde et peut fournir une assistance magique aux membres de la guilde, mais il sert Le Voyageur à sa manière et se tient au-dessus des guildes et de la politique de la ville.
