-Thelestes, the Velvet Blade

Thelestes, the Velvet Blade is one of the non-Rakshasa members of Les Seigneurs Des Cendres.

Histoire

The succubus known as Thelestes traveled to Eberron from Mabar, the Endless Night some 20,000 years ago, fleeing a feud with the ultroloths of that .

The embodiment of murder and death, Thelestes serves the prakhutu Kashtarhak, the Voice of Chaos. Murder is Thelestes' personal joy, and she prefers to kill more frequently than her service to Les Seigneurs Des Cendres sometimes permits.

A master of disguise and seduction, Thelestes has many aliases placed deep within Maison Phiarlan, Maison Thuranni, and a number of smaller thieves guilds. She spends her time as an agent of The Seigneurs Des Cendres, reveling in playing a part in the corruption and death of the mortals around her.

Apparence et Personnalité

She prefers to appear as a young Elfique woman, and can fool all but the most sophisticated of divination magic.

In her natural form Thelestes is a stunning beauty with luxurious flowing red hair. When she wishes, large bat wings can unfold from her back, and her eyes glow red. She has fangeld teeth.

She still has some enemies among the ultroloths on the plane of Mabar, and may be an unexpected ally for those in opposition to the daemons of that plane.

Capacités

Like other succubi, Thelestes can drain the life from her victims, and enjoys doing so. She has the magical abilities to charm others, to polymorph hersElfee into various forms, and to teleport. Like other Démon, she can speak in tongues.

Unlike other succubi that can summon other Démon, Thelestes cannot. Instead, she has the ability to summon weapons by her side. She prefers to fight with a chain that she summons to her person.

As a claw servant of Kashtarhak, Thelestes maintains a permanent telepathic bond with him.
