+Le Refuge is an island city at the north edge of the [[Passage de la côte]]. It is the home of [[Maison Lyrandar]]. The scions of [[Lyrandar]] use their [[Marque Du Dragon]] powers to maintain a temperate climate on the island, despite its extreme northern longtitude, proximity to the [[Givre-féroce]] and its location on the coast of the [[Mer Amère]]. The island itself is informally Maison Lyrandar territory even though it is protected by an Aundairian garrison.
