Wylkeses

The Wylkeses are one of five families that rule the city of Cap-Tempête. The family is made up of Humains and Demi-Elfes. The family is in charge of the harbor. The Cap-Tempête Compact actually specifies that the Wilkeses have the athority to assess fees on all ships using the harbor.

The current leader of the family is Jonas Wylkes. The first leader of the family was Jolan Wylkes.
