The **Wylkeses** are one of five families that rule the city of [[cap-tempete]]. The family is made up of Humains and Demi-Elfes. The family is in charge of the harbor. The [[Cap-Tempête Compact]] actually specifies that the Wilkeses have the athority to assess fees on all ships using the harbor.

The current leader of the family is [[npc:jonas_wylkes]]. The first leader of the family was [[Jolan Wylkes]].
