**Siberys** is one of the [[Premiers Dragons]]. In the creation myth of Eberron, he was killed by his sister, Khyber. The remains of Siberys supposedly became the [[Anneau de Siberys]], which hint at a higher reality: the [[Plan Astral]], which is also called Siberys.
