**Port Royal** is the seat of power for the [[Dragons de Mer]] and the capital of [[Grand Prince Rygar]] du Wynarn's Principality. It lies on the eastern shore of Lac Vertn island in the [[Principautés de Lhazaar]].

It is the largest and most prosperous town of the Principalities and is sometimes called the "Jewel of the Mer de Lhazaar".

The town is the port of call for the [[Dragons de Mer]] and their fleet of 20 vessels. It's ruler, [[Grand Prince Rygar]], who claims to have a royal Gallifaran bloodline, wishes to unite the various principalities, but is currently seen as a leader among equals, though he represented the region at [[fort-du-trone]].

[[Maison Thuranni]] have their headquarters in Port Royal after having accepted an invitation by then High Prince Horget Black twenty-five years ago. Maison Thuranni's leader Baron [[npc:elar_d_thuranni]] lives in these headquarters.

Regalport (Large Town, 3,330): The port of call for the Seadragons and the capital of High Prince Ryger’s principality, Regalport lies on the shore of a protected bay on the pleasant island of Greentarn. House Thuranni’s headquarters, a large enclave not far from the docks, helps make this one of the most modern and prosperous towns in the Principalities. House Orléans has a major outpost here, as does House Normandin. Regalport is also home to one of the largest markets east of the Morin Holds, the bustling Pirate Exchange.
