====== Observatoire des Étoiles ======

The Observatoire des Étoiles is located high dans les [[Sommets des Étoiles]] of northern [[Aundair]]. The observatory was built by [[npc:roi_daroon_ir_wynarn]] in 512 AR, though he died before construction was finished. Its purpose is to chart the Lunes and stars in the hopes of providing signs and portents for the future. The [[Congrès Ésotérique]] now uses the site to study the Lunes and stars and a gigantic, magical [[Planétaire]] representing the motion of the planes and the Lunes of Eberron is maintained within.
