**Grand Prince Rygar du Wynarn** is the leader and prince of the [[:dragons_de_mer]] of the [[:principautes_de_lhazaar]].

====== Biographie ======
Rygar is considered a prince among princes, a title which gives little additional clout, but is considered to be first among equals amongst the other princes of the region. However, he did represent the Principalities at the [[:traite_de_fort-du-trone]]. He has ruled the Seadragon Principality with a port of call of Port Royal for fifteen years. Througout that time, he has claimed to be of the blood-line of the Galifar kings, though it is unknown if there is any truth to his claim.
