In combat, the Plaguebearers are berserkers, and rub their weapons down with dung in order to spread diseases to those they strike. Their leader is a [[half-fiend]] [[human]] [[barbarian]] named [[Fulgrun|Bloodboil]]. He is described to be hideously ugly and foul-smelling.<ref name=":0" />
