The Dragons de Mer have twenty ships and a host of loyal warriors. With the strength, tactics and guile they practice, they've become the strongest of the powers in the Principautés de Lhazaar. Their leader, Prince Rygar, has created their base at Port Royal, the center of trade in the east. The Dragons de Mer and Rygar fought for recognition at Fort-du-trône and they are allied with the Humains of Q'barra.

Grand Prince Rygar du Wynarn is very clever, using his sword and words to get what he needs and wants. His reputation encourages local merchants to ally themselves with him in order to protect their vessels. No other band of brigands dares to raid Port Royal. Rygar has allied himself with [[Maison Thuranni]] and has given them some land in Port Royal soon after he became a prince. Many rumors spin about this alliance being a leverage against the Marée Grise principality.



Rygar has in his possession a map of the haunted Island of Trebaz Sinara.
