It is a strong Irian Zone De Manifestation. In the Rayonnante Vallée the surrounding mountains are bathed in light, and even the darker hours are brighter here. The le_chant_envoutant, a Harpie flight, has made its home here, for they have refused to submit to the Filles De Sora Kell. Thorp, Population 52 Strongly connected to Irian, the realm of Eternal Day, this valley hidden within the foothills of the Muraille-Grise Mountains is bathed in a light that fades to a luminous dusk for only a few hours each night, despite the high cliffs that should cast shade most of the day. A secret tunnel leads through a series of caverns to a small cave on the Droaam side of the mountain rangel. When the Le Chant Envoûtant, a flight of harpies living in Droaam, refused to bow to the Filles De Sora Kell, the Calleurs Charognards and Cantatrices de l'Orage harpies combined forces to make an example of them. Decimated, the survivors fled into the mountain caves and eventually discovered Rayonnante Vallée. Tending their wounded, they quickly discovered the curative properties of the Irian Zone De Manifestation. The flight has remained in the valley ever since. The flight bides its time, raising a new generation in the valley’s endless light and planning for the day when the Le Chant Envoûtant will have revenge on the Filles De Sora Kell and their treacherous kin.
