====== Moranna_du Wynarn ======

**Regent** **Moranna du Wynarn **is the chief adviser for her nephew [[roi_kaius_ir_wynarn_iii]], the current king of [[:karrnath]]. After the unexpected death of King Jaron, she ruled Karrnath as regent from 973-990 AR until Kaius III came of age to take the throne. Her most notable action as regent was in 976 AR, when she dissolved and outlawed the [[:ordre_de_la_griffe_d_emeraude]], continuing the crown's rejection of the [[:le_sang_divin]] 

Moranna is also known to have to have some talent for necromancy, and many in Karrnath suspect that it is responsible for her pale complexion.

According to the [[:eberron_campaign_setting_book| she has the title of Minister of Internal Affairs. However the [[Eberron Campaign Guide (book)|Eberron Campaign Guide]] instead gives her the title of Minister of Foreign Affairs.
