**Making** is a city of [[Cyre]], once one of its major cities lying near the heart of the kingdom, and now a ruin in the dead center of the [[terres_des_lamentations]], in the middle of the [[Le Plateau Vitré]].

====== Histoire ======
Some theorize that the [[Deuil]] itself began in Making. On the [[Jour du Deuil]] in 994 AR, it appears that something horrible happened within, nearby, or around the city, and from there it spread out to overwhelm and destroy the entire kingdom of Cyre.

All around Making, the land of southern Cyre was hugely reshaped by the upwelling of the Le Plateau Vitré, and weeks of earthquakes followed. In 997 AR, the tremors of the Le Plateau Vitré were repeated.

Making, and everything atop the Le Plateau Vitré, are completely inaccessible from the ground.
