+**The Trois Visages de la Guerre** is a  and vassal cult of the Légion Souveraine prominent among members of the military in the armies of Khorvaire.
 +
 +====== Histoire ======
 +The Trois Visages de la Guerre was first established in Karrnath, and Karrn le Conquérant can be counted among the founders of this warrior cult.
 +
 +Today, the Trois Visages de la Guerre is considered a fraternal organization that has become widespread among soldiers and officers of the armies of Khorvaire.
 +
 +====== Doctrine ======
 +Followers of the Trois Visages de la Guerre reveres the three Dol Gods as the Sovereigns of War, who are invoked anytime blades are drawn or blood is shed in battle. They revere the Dol most among the ; respecting Dol Arrah as the wise face of war, Dol Dorn as the brave face of war, and secretly Dol Azur as the cunning face of war.
 +
 +The Trois Visages de la Guerre is a faith for soldiers. The followers of the Three consider all Trois Visages de la Guerre to be acceptable aspects of warfare.
 +
 +Many members of this warrior cult are officers in the armies of Khorvaire.
 +
 +====== Notable Followers ======
 +  * **Drago Thul:** Drago Thul, the former Karrnathi warlord residing in the Grindstone Ward of cap-tempete, and sElfee-styled heir to Karrn le Conquérant is a respected follower of this sect.1
 +
 +====== Notes ======
 +Several officers in the armies of Khorvaire who follow the faith may be acting on behalf of L'épée de l'Ombre and his master, La Rage de la Guerre.

 +Keith Baker has suggested on his website that myths of the Sovereigns of War could be Inspiré by a trio of martial Dragons from the Âge des Démons.<ref name=":12">{{Cite web|url = http://keith-baker.com/eberron-flashback-the-lords-of-dust/|title = Eberron Flashback: The Seigneurs Des Cendres|author = Keith Baker|date = 01/03/2017|year = |month = |archiveurl = https://web.archive.org/web/20170811003419/http://keith-baker.com/eberron-flashback-the-lords-of-dust/|archivedate = 08/11/2017|accessdate = 2/10/2019|quote = You’ve already made clear the differences between the Légion Souveraine and the Maîtres Démoniaques, but would you consider the Sombres Six as a whole to be enemies of the Maîtres Démoniaques as well?
 +
 +I’m going to rewrite my original answer to this question, because I think it was unclear. First of all, a defending element of is that their existence cannot be conclusively proven. They are said to be omnipresent and to influence their spheres wherever events occur. The Dols are present anytime blades are drawn. And yet they cannot physically manifest. In this, they are concretely different from maitres_demoniaques, who influence a limited area (even if potentially a very large one) and can physically manifest. An Overlord can be bound, and an Overlord  cannot. So in some ways it’s a meaningless question, because Les Sombres Six don’t manifest, so HOW WOULD YOU KNOW? With that said, I’d argue that EVERYONE is against the maitres_demoniaques. If I’m a Méduse priestess of L'Ombre, I’m not going to look at npc:bel_shalor and say “I dunno, I kind of like the cut of his jib.” Among other things, most cultures that revere Les Sombres Six look at their positive elements. You could say that Tul Oreshka and La Furie have some overlap, but Tul Oreshka is PURE MADNESS, while the Furie can reflect the positive aspects of passion and emotion.
 +
 +WITH THAT SAID: Canon sources suggest that many of the myths associated with are drawn from the actions of Dragons in the Premier Âge, who may have somehow ascended to become the Sovereigns; this is the foundation of Thir and the Église de l'ascension du Wyrm. By these principles, Dol Dorn, Dol Arrah and Dol Azur were all martial Dragons, and Dol Azur was flayed after betraying the others – suggesting that he, at least, was working with the enemy. The Dragon who became Le Geolier may have had an alliance with Katashka. The MYTH of L'Ombre may have been Inspiré by npc:bel_shalor – even though L'Ombre that is worshipped in Droaam ISN’T npc:bel_shalor.}}
