 +Seigneurs Khraal?
+A vicious band of pirates and marauders hides within the jungle of Khraal in southeastern [[:darguun|]]. Led by the cruel [[npc:baalo_un-oeil]] (CE male hobGobelin, barbarian 4), the Seigneurs de Khraal terrorize the scattered Gobelinoid communities of southern Darguun. The band also possesses two small warships it recovered from a Cyran base on the Rivière Ghaal. Now Baalo and his followers use the ships to raid vessels crossing Kraken Bay, though they avoid prey that is better armed or more sea-savvy than themselves (which includes most ships they come across).
 +
+For this reason, the Seigneurs de Khraal have begun sending scavenging forays into the Les Terres des Lamentations from the southern sea. With few connections outside Darguun, Baalo has been selling whatever relics he acquires to a [[:maison_garda|]] clerk who tends an outpost in [[:crane-de-wyvern|]]. The clerk, a hireling without blood ties to the house, pays a third of what the relics are worth and has been selling them, in turn, to Prince Oargev of Nouvelle Cyre for a handsome profit.
 +
+he Khraal Lords are a band of pirates and raiders based in the Khraal rainforest of Darguun. They are led by a hobgoblin known as Baalo One-Eye and are known for their savagery.[1]
 +
 +ActivitiesEdit
+The Kraal Lords normally harass the goblinoid communities of southern Darguun. Recently, however, they seized two small warships from a Cyran base on the Ghaal River and have begun attacking shipping on Kraken Bay, though they avoid targets that seem better protected or more adept in seamanship than themselves. This makes up the majority of their potential targets, so they've also started launching frequent scavenging expeditions into the Mournland, arriving via the southern coast.[1][2]
 +
+As they lack connections beyond Darguun, Baalo sells any relics he finds to a certain House Deneith hireling who works at an outpost in Wyvernskull. This clerk buys the relics for only a third of what they're worth, then sells them on to Prince Oargev du Wynarn of New Cyre at their full value.[1]
