 +**Port Royal** is the seat of power for the [[Dragons de Mer]] and the capital of [[Grand Prince Rygar]] du Wynarn's Principality. It lies on the eastern shore of Lac Vertn island in the [[Principautés de Lhazaar]].

 +Regalport (Large Town, 3,330): The port of call for the Seadragons and the capital of High Prince Ryger’s principality, Regalport lies on the shore of a protected bay on the pleasant island of Greentarn. House Thuranni’s headquarters, a large enclave not far from the docks, helps make this one of the most modern and prosperous towns in the Principalities. House Orléans has a major outpost here, as does House Normandin. Regalport is also home to one of the largest markets east of the Morin Holds, the bustling Pirate Exchange.
